Once we receive your return, please allow 5–9 business days for processing.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We warrant that the Products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of:
12 months for rugged phones
6 months for other electrical items (e.g., chargers, power banks, accessories)
The warranty period begins from the date of purchase as stated on the original sales receipt or invoice.
This warranty covers:
Manufacturing defects
Hardware malfunctions not caused by user damage
Battery failure under normal usage
Electrical faults due to defective materials or workmanship
This warranty does not cover:
Physical damage, including cracked screens, broken buttons, or water ingress (unless stated as water-resistant and used as specified)
Damage due to misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, battery degradation)
Software issues not related to hardware defects
Products without valid proof of purchase
Products used for commercial or industrial purposes (unless otherwise specified)
To file a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue
Send the item to our authorized service center (address will be provided)
We will inspect the item and either:
Repair the product
Replace the product with a new or refurbished item
Offer a partial refund if repair/replacement is not possible
Shipping costs for sending the item to us are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, nmnysx.com shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the product.
